Stripe patterns of Japan
With an aim to represent the stripe patterns typical to Japan, the stripe patterns that convey a sense of Japan such as “Mt. Fuji” and “cherry blossoms” or that convey a sense of four seasons such as “hydrangea” and “warm autumn day” have been produced.

Enshu stripe pattern
The Enshu stripe pattern has been passed down through the generations here in Enshu. It is characterized by its warm taste with a touch of traditional Japanese colors that somehow give a feeling of nostalgia.

“Nanairo” (seven colors)
This Tsumugi is woven with seven different colors of yarns including six colors of warps and a single color of weft. A delicate texture created by use of slub yarn and multiple colors give the fabric a special charm. Available in more than 20 different colors.

“Muji” (solid color)
Deep brown nubby yarn is used for the warps and colorful nubby yarn is used for the wefts. Profound colors as if emitting light and shadow are realized. Available in a total of 14 different colors.

“Kasuri” (splashed pattern)
A special feature unique to Kasuri has been created through use of high quality Kasuri yarn. This fabric has a texture of unevenness on the surface and has a pleasant touch.
